To care for wild olive wood serving pieces, Do not put them in the dishwasher, instead Hand wash with light soapy water and wipe clean with a damp cloth, dry and rub lightly with olive or mineral oil before storing.This will prevent the wood from drying out and it will bring the grain back to life.
